Prof. Jiahong Liu is working as the Section Chief of Urban Hydrology, Department of Water Resources, China Institute of Water Resources & Hydropower Research (IWHR),Beijing, China. Dr. Jiahong Liu has presided more than 40 researches and consultant projects on water resources, sponge cities’planning as well as ecological restoration. He was supported by the Natural Science Foundation of China as one of the Outstanding Young Scientists, and was selected as one of the Young Talents by Ministry of Science and Technology.
