About

Geologist from the University of Zaragoza (Spain). Public servant of the Scale of Superior Technicians of the Ministry for the Environment. From 2012 to 2024 he held the position of Deputy Water Director for Hydrological Planning, with special responsibility on special plan for water scarcity and drought situations, at the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge. Before he worked in the Ebro and Duero basin authorities. Previously, between 1984 and 1988, he developed his professional activity in a consulting firm. In short, 39 years of professional activity linked to the world of water and, especially, to hydrological planning.
