Biao Huang is an Associate Professor at Ningbo University, China. He earned his Ph.D. in Hydraulic Engineering from the Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute through a joint doctoral program with the University of Alberta, Canada. Prior to his current position, he served as an assistant professor at Zhengzhou University for three years, where he specialized in urban drainage within the context of smart cities. He subsequently joined Ningbo University with support from the Ningbo Young Technology Innovation Leading Talent Program. His current research focuses on sewer network monitoring and advanced modeling techniques for multiphase flow. Dr. Huang's work bridges academic research and practical applications to address critical challenges in urban drainage systems.
