A Numerical Model for Flow and Transverse Slope in Alluvial Channels with Continuous Plant Curva Ture

Abstract: A numerical model is developed for flow characteristics and bottom transverse slope in a lluvial channels. The model is based on Odgaard 's method for flow in a channel curve. A daptations are made for channel evaluation with continuous change in plant curvature. The model is tested with laboratory and field data.
