Abstract: A k一e turbulence model is used to obtain the mathematical modsl of vertical planobuoyant jets in static environments。The variation of centerline velocity, density, turbulentkinetic energy and velocity half-width along the centerline of the buoyant jet in thrce kiadof environments is calculated.
