Abstract: Digital twin water conservancy construction - the inevitible path for the the high-quality development of water conservancy is a new task. This paper shared the construction implications of the water conservancy model platform for the Chinese Ministry of Water Resources (model platform-MWR) regarding the purposes such as estabilishing connection between the model supply- and demand- side, promoting the supportability of water conservancy mdoel in hydrological applications. The model platform-MWR is desigined and built following the principles of standardization, modularization and cloud servitization, by which water conservancy mdoel co-construction and sharing can be realized among all kinds of water conservancy trade. we elaborated the mdoel platform framework, essential technologies and concrete cases. It is proved that the model platform-MWR can attain the anticipative goal in aspects of integrating model standardized, streamlining modeling process and optimizing model operation efficiency. Model platform-MWR promotes the model reusability and portability, and sustains the water conservancy trades efficiently.
