Abstract: Constructing the digital twin system of water transfer project is an effective way to improve the intelligent level of water transfer project scheduling and operation. In order to improve the intelligence level of China's water transfer project, the system architecture of digital twin water transfer project is proposed, including data base, model platform, knowledge platform and intelligent application. Taking the East Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion project as an example, the basic composition, function and application effect of the digital twin water diversion project are introduced. This paper systematically analyzes the effect of digital twin scheduling project in improving the level of project operation management, which can provide reference for the intelligent operation management of water transfer projects in the world.
