Abstract: Literatures suggested the microbial mass experienced biphasic decay mechanisms as they being exposed to the estuarine environment. Based on the previous studies on modelling transport and decay of microbial tracers in the Loughor Estuary, the transport of these mass will be modelled as particles with the ABM adoption for interactions with the dynamic estuarine system.
