Abstract: The present work illustrates results obtained by the Hydralab+ - TA project ICODEP (Impact of Changes in the Foreshore on coastal Defence Performance), a large-scale laboratory investigation aimed at analyzing the interactions between a foreshore and a flood defence structure during sequences of storms.
