Abstract: The statistical survey of water conservancy construction investment serves as a vital foundation for China's water planning, construction, management, and macro-level government decision-making. Given its extensive coverage, large volume of data, and high level of public attention, ensuring the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of statistical data has always been a key focus and a persistent challenge. With the rapid development and widespread application of artificial intelligence technology in China, integrating AI into statistical surveys has brought revolutionary changes and qualitative leaps to the water conservancy investment statistical survey, which long relied on manual methods. This shift is driving a transformation from a production model dependent on manual effort and experience to an intelligent model powered by data and algorithms, leading to a significant leap in productivity.
