Abstract: Taking the east foot of Helan Mountain as the study area, this study investigated the flash flood flood evolution during the convergence process of rainfall runoff using a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model based on GPU parallel acceleration. Taking the Jinshan flood control subregion as an example, a parameterized rate-determined and validated flash flood flood evolution model of the Jinshan flood control subregion is used to simulate the frequency flood and historical flood evolution in the region. The use of GPU parallel acceleration technology can effectively improve the computational efficiency and perform high-performance simulations.
