Abstract: Groundwater runoff through pervious pavement proposed for one of flood control measures in the urbanized area was observed in the baseball field of the University of Tokyo. A mathematical model developed to predict the runoff is satisfactory for various types of pervious pavements considering the unsaturated seepage in subsoils.
