Abstract: A conceptual model based on two parallel cascades of linear reservoirs with separate inputs to each of the cascades has been acce pted for the first attempt of direct runoff estimation from an urban watershed in southern part of Warsaw. A few observed rainfall-runoff events have been used to establish values of the model parameters. Ra infall-runoff simulation has been carriet out.
