Abstract: Due to the increasing frequency of floods caused by the recent climate crisis and the aging of water resource facilities crossing rivers, there is a growing social and economic risk. This necessitates the use of advanced precision measurement technologies for comprehensive safety evaluations of river-crossing installations, enabling proactive responses. Therefore, this study aims to complement traditional methods relying on manual surveying by incorporating various advanced measurement technologies such as ROVs, USVs, and UAVs. By combining data collection with safety evaluation techniques, this study seeks to precisely identify risk factors for the inspection and maintenance of water resource installations, thereby improving reliability and cost-effectiveness. The methodology involves selecting data-based safety evaluation indicators to assess the safety of river-crossing installations, including the installations themselves, surroundings, and river regions. It aims to establish a safety assessment system based on measurement data and propose a comprehensive safety evaluation methodology for these facilities. The significance of this study lies in overcoming the limitations of existing safety evaluation methods and establishing a more accurate and reliable evaluation system using advanced measurement technologies. Through this, the study seeks to enhance the reliability of safety assessments and management of river-crossing installations, minimizing damage in the event of a disaster.
